After beginning my professional career in Germany in 1980, I returned to Turkey in 1990 to lay the foundations of AVCI GLOBAL in Istanbul. With 45 years of experience, we have built a strong and reliable presence in the construction, energy, and textile industries on a global scale. Today, we take pride in delivering significant projects across Russia, the Turkic Republics, Iraq, Libya, Algeria, Senegal, Mali, Guine, Gabon and in other West African countries, embracing the responsibility of operating in diverse regions.

As the founder and president, I am committed to ensuring the sustainable growth of our company and preparing it for future generations by empowering the new generation of leaders. Our next-generation executives are highly skilled, forward-thinking professionals with strong educational backgrounds who effectively integrate technology into our operations. Being multilingual and culturally diverse, they establish direct and powerful communication in global markets and quickly adapt to different geographies, understanding the unique dynamics of each region. Guided by the "Global Think, Local Act" principle, they continue to uphold our company’s global vision while remaining sensitive to local cultures and market needs.
