EXPLICIT CONSENT STATEMENT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW

Within the scope of the General Information Notice on the Personal Data Protection Law presented to you by AVCI GLOBAL İNŞ. MÜH. SAN. VE TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Company”) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), and within the framework of the Company’s Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy,

I hereby acknowledge and declare that, for the purposes of enabling the Company, acting as the data controller, to provide its customers with products and services under the best possible conditions; to ensure that such products and services are delivered reliably and continuously; to maximize customer satisfaction; to process payments; to fulfill various procedures related to the aforementioned services; to conduct and improve operations; to carry out promotional, marketing, advertising, and campaign activities regarding the aforementioned or other products and services; to inform customers about opportunities, campaigns, and other services; and to fulfill the requirements of contracts concluded with customers, my personal data—including but not limited to identification information, address information, contact information, and other personal data directly or indirectly related to these purposes—may be processed in accordance with the general principles outlined in Article 4 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”), particularly the principle that personal data shall be retained only for as long as required by the relevant legislation or for the purpose for which it is processed.

I acknowledge and declare that such data may be collected, recorded, stored securely in physical or electronic environments for an appropriate period in line with the purpose of processing, preserved, disclosed and transferred in accordance with the legislation, classified, processed, or restricted from use; and that I have been informed by the Company regarding these matters and that I provide my explicit consent within the framework of the PDPL.

I also acknowledge and declare that, provided that it remains limited to the purposes stated above, my personal data may be transferred by the Company to its business partners and service providers from whom it receives services or with whom it collaborates, for the execution of services and/or activities to be provided to me, within the scope of legal obligations and statutory limitations, and that I give my explicit consent in this regard.
