Project Overview
Located in the heart of Diamniadio, La Maison des Nations Unies is a modern structure that brings together 34 United Nations agencies under one roof, fostering international collaboration and operational efficiency.
Designed by the globally renowned architectural firm Wilmotte & Associés, the project spans 8 floors and 60,000 m², incorporating office spaces for 1,840 personnel, as well as education, logistics, and conference facilities.
AVCI GLOBAL, in collaboration with Senegalese main contractor ENVOL, provided turnkey façade, interior, and technical solutions for the project. Throughout the process, we successfully managed the design, engineering, and implementation phases, ensuring that the selected materials and products met both the budgetary objectives and aesthetic expectations of the project.
Our deep understanding of Senegal and African market conditions allowed us to develop effective and practical solutions to overcome the project's management and technical challenges, ensuring timely completion.
